Nice car rental. They dropped off the car at our hotel in Tirana for a small fee, perfect to start our trip in Tirana without car before exploring the rest of the country with car. Handing in was super easy (less than 3 minutes), he even dropped us off at a hotel nearby the airport, very kind! The yellow motor light on the dashboard went on during our trip. We texted them and we got an immediate kind reply: can happen, don't worry. so we didn't have to worry about it. The car was a bit older but that's ok.

We initially booked the BMW X5 for 50 euro a day plus 19 euro for full insurance but on the day of our arrival, they told us the BMW X5 is broken and could only offer us the Volkswagen Tiguan as a substitution ; We were quite disappointed at that time but the manager offered us 5 euro off per day as a compensation deal and we accepted it.
In general, it is a pleasant journey with this rental company; We used the Volkswagen Tiguan for 5 days and drove it from Tirana airport to Saranda and mainly drove around Saranda city for our trip. This car uses diesel and the engine is quite powerful, which makes the carriageway around the mountains like a piece of cake. The fuel consumption is also good. It only took around 5 small unit from the fuel gauge for the drive from the airport to our hotel in Saranda.
Unfortunately, there is no CarPlay for the car as the car is 2013-2015 made but they provided us the phone holders and cables to help us drive, which makes this trip smooth. One day, we found that there is always huge noise from the car brakes whenever we press the accelerators and when getting off the car; We immediately messaged the office and the guy who took charged of us; Their processing speed is quite fast. After I send them the recording videos of that sound, at least 3 guys from this company called me and asked for this issue. All of these people could speak English well. After the call with the manager, one guy from this company came to our hotel and picked up the car within 30 mins after the call. The car was returned to us on the next day in the morning (very fast).
The car return procedure is great. As we paid for full insurance, the guy only checked the fuel gauge and then told us everything is cool and drove us to the airport.
In general, I would recommend this company for car hire as I feel like this company is quite responsible and their efficiency is great. Their attitude is nice too. There is no problem from getting the car, driving the car, to returning the car. Everything is good.

Rented a car for 8 days around in Albania. Was a fantastic trip, the car was really in good condition. AC was perfect in this hot days and very comfort. Staff friendly and waited for us 40 min outsite of terminal. No need the deposit or extra fees. Super happy with them. I will return back again.

We received a car in perfect condition, equipped with brand-new tires, and everything worked flawlessly. Since we opted for full insurance coverage, we didn’t even need to leave a deposit, which made the whole process stress-free. The rental office is located about 200 meters from the airport terminal, but after we returned the car, one of the staff kindly drove us straight to the entrance—great service to the very end. We drove over 1,100 km without a single issue.

We have an amazing trip around in Albania. Everything was ok with the van for us for 8 days from theth to ksamil. Staff very friendly, waiting for us in front of the terminal for 30 min. No deposit no extra fee everything was perfect. I recommend 100%.

This company has great service. They where waiting for me in the Airport and made very easy the hole process even when I returned it back. The Mercedes Benz E200 was amazing and had enough space for my family trip. I will use them again on August for my next trip in south Albania. Very nice people, very professional company. Recommended

Friendly and helpful experience. Especially as we needed our car 12hrs earlier then originally booked for. The young man dealing with us took interest in our travel plans and did not laugh too much at our bad pronunciation of Albanian place names. No nonsense on return of the car - very much appreciated and highly recommended.
